Local Delivery
- All orders placed Between Saturday-Wednesday before 4 P.M. will be sent out for delivery the following day.
- If you place your order during the weekend ( Friday or Saturday), your order will be sent out for delivery on Sunday.
- If we are experiencing any delivery delays it will be noted on the website.

Return & Exchange Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Oleana Boutique, we will happily accept a return or exchange on items that have not been worn, altered or washed, must be accompanied by sales receipt and with all tags attached within 7 days of purchase. Returned or exchanged items can only be applied after the returned goods have been received and undergone a quality control check. All returns will be refunded in the form of store credit. However there are items that are not returnable or exchangeable such as items that are on sale or personalized items.
